This gorgeous point along the Red Sea coast has changed very much over the last decade. Traditionally a little fishing port, it has matured into Egypt’s most favourite place of interest from the point of view of sun, sea, sand and diving. Some of the region’s most astounding coral reefs are nestled in the crystal waters of this location, and there are clubs to take divers out into these waters to such glorious places of interest as the Giftun Islands which are completely conserved.
Even with all of the change undergone by this village, it has retained its ancient charm and characteristics. Hurghada is now a town which provides a unique blend of tradition, idyllic pleasures and a range of both tourist and locally valued services and amenities.

In Hurghada, Egypt’s second most popular destination to Sharm El Sheikh, there are many, amongst others, luxury beach front properties for sale. Here properties are less costly than in Sharm El Sheikh.
There is easy access from the region by road to the treasured city of Luxor, for visiting some of Egypt’s world-famous sights. Some wonderful golf courses and water parks are found nearby to this town.
Properties in Hurghada can be purchased freehold, and there are now an increasing number of interest payment schemes.
