Rental Options

1. Rental Pool (available for every property in the resort) - available for 10 years.
Conservatively estimated at 10% net based on 20 weeks occupancy. Obviously this method allows for far greater returns depending on the amount of personal use and the actual occupancy levels for the resort. The Rental Pool option provides the most flexibility if longer personal usage periods are required.
2. Rental Guarantee (2 bed apartments only) - available for 10 years.
The Rental Guarantee option allows five weeks personal usage each year.
